The pop-up to permanent news just keeps getting better and better. Yet another Seattle fave is joining the ranks of new restaurants in the city. After six years of beloved pop-ups, Ben’s Bread from duo breadmakers Ben and Megan Campbell will open a new bakery in Phinney Ridge.

This new place of bready goodness is set to open this fall. Of course, you’ll be able to score your favorites loaves and also a whole lot more. You will also be able to get your hands on things like doughnuts, biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, and grain bowls. But it doesn’t stop there because you’ll also be able to grab drinks like espresso, beer, and wine.

We have a feeling that the new location will quickly become a popular spot in the neighborhood. Ben’s Bread will do more than just sell their goods, they’ll also host dinners with local chefs and have baking classes. That means you’ll be able to have your bread and make it too. Not to mention, there’s going to be an outdoor patio with views into the bakery so you can check out just how it’s made. Pretty cool right?

In the meantime, Ben’s Bread will continue with their pop-ups so you still have plenty of opportunities to enjoy their doughy goodness. If you’d like to check them out further or keep up with their socials you can click below. We can’t wait to see what they do with their new space and we’ll definitely be lining up to get our hands on some bread when the big day comes.
