Amtrak has a flash sale with fares from Seattle to Portland starting at $20
Ready for a train ride? Amtrak has a nationwide “Fall Travel Flash Sale” right now, and you can save at least 30% on your next trip from Seattle!
According to Amtrak, the sale is for a limited time to destinations across the country.
“Embrace the savings with Sale fares that are least 30% off, or opt for more flexibility with Value or Flex fares in case your itinerary changes. Whatever you choose, you can rely on having the space to stretch out and relax in comfortable, reclining seats with plenty of legroom — and no middle seats,” states Amtrak.
“Plus, you can feel really good about traveling in comfort, since Amtrak produces up to 83% fewer carbon emissions than flying or driving.”
From Seattle, fares to Portland start at $20.
Several dates are available at that rate, and from Portland back to Seattle, they start at $25.
To take advantage of the deals, be sure to book by August 7th, with travel dates for the sale available from August 14th to October 31st.
Other deals include Oakland, CA to Seattle starting at $68, Los Angeles, CA to Seattle starting at $76.
