We know and enjoy a lot of things about the Alt Hotel East Village– the luxurious vibe, the comfort, the views, the proximity to the Bow River and other fun stuff in East Village. It’s no wonder we visit the place every time we want to escape chaos but not the city. And the hotel has now given us another reason to frequent it. Enter: The Cultural Chef Exchange Event.
The never-been-done-before event is being hosted at the Nupo restaurant that once again made its way to Canada’s 100 best this year. Known for its unique mix of Omakase Sushi Experience and local Albertan flavours, the restaurant is now host to other gastronomical experiences where chefs from around the world are putting their spin on Canadian flavour.
Chef Darren MacLean, the partner chef at Alt Hotel, is hosting a number of renowned chefs from different parts of the world. Each of these will bring their own expertise and cultural flavours to spice up the Canadian foodscape with this Global culinary experience.
Clearly, the events are proving to be an insane dining experience– and will no doubt continue to do so until the events end in December. Plus, it gives us another excuse to pamper ourselves with a stay at Alt Hotel.
We’re already drooling! And if you are too, then you better book a table to the events now.
