Dust off your boots, honkytonkers! After two quiet years one of Alberta’s largest country music festivals, Big Valley Jamboree, has announced that summer 2022 will be louder than ever!

In a massive Insta-post shared on Tuesday morning, BVJ kicked off their July celebration months early with an incredible lineup of artists that include the likes of Dallas Smith, Tim McGraw and the festival’s headliner, Eric Church – who was also scheduled to make an appearance last year before the event was cancelled in accordance with AHS recommendations.

In addition to this, they also named who would be joining them for their kick-off party on Thursday ahead of the big Camrose festival weekend – a catalogue of folks that you can view here, which features Terri Clarke, Dustin Lynch, Trace Adkins and The Road Hammers – who will be the first to take the stage.

Since its first-ever event nearly 30 years ago, BVJ has never been cancelled other than for the COVID pandemic, so you know that they’re going to go harder than ever before. If you’re interested in kicking up dust with ’em, tickets are available now and range anywhere from $50 – $545.
