Celebrate springtime in the speakeasy era at this new pop-up. The St. Regis Toronto has opened its new Rhythm & Blooms experience in its Astor Lounge, serving prohibition-era style ‘iced’ teapot cocktails, delicious bites, and cocktails in an enchanting setting.
The event is inspired by the St. Regis hotel’s founding family, the Astors, “who lived through the enchanting era of speakeasies and prohibition,” the hotel wrote on Instagram.
You’ll be treated to the sounds of live jazz on Friday and Saturday evenings as you sip among the pink canopies of cherry blossom trees and floral decor.

The pop-up has a menu of spring Whitley Neill Gin cocktails to refresh and delight your palette, as well as your Instagram feed.
On weekends, you can get your boozy beverage served in a teapot, with delicious options to choose from like peach iced tea and green tea honey syrup, plus a unique tower of sweet and savoury spring-themed treats to pair it with.
Some of the menu highlights include Citrus Smoked Salmon with orange cream cheese on pumpernickel, Raspberry Honey & Lavender Tart with crème diplomat and sable, Midnight Blossom Madeleineswith white chocolate ganache, and Baked Peach & Yogurt Panna Cotta with Ontario peach and vanilla Chantilly.

The pop-up will run through the spring and well into summer, with a champagne sabrage ritual at 6 p.m. daily.
