Everyone’s favourite comic is going on tour! Adam Sandler is kicking off his 25-city comedy tour this fall and two Canadian cities made the cut — in fact, his very first show will be right here in the north.

The tour is called I Missed You and audiences will be treated to a multi-faceted stage performance by the beloved actor.

According to a promo video shared by Sandler, he’ll be serenading the crowd with some guitar songs and what is sure to be a hilarious standup routine.

This comes hot on the heels of his newest Netflix film, You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah, which is the best-reviewed film of his career, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Needless to say, our boy Sandler is thriving right now, and what better time to see him live than during his best era yet?

The star will kick off the tour in Vancouver at Rogers Arena on Thursday, October 12th.

He’ll then make his way down the west coast of the U.S. before hopping over to Toronto for the eastern leg of his North American tour.

Sandler will perform at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on Tuesday, November 7th. The final stop will be in Denver on December 12th.

Last summer, Toronto locals were delighted to see the comedy legend out and about in the city for much of the summer.

Sandler frequented neighbourhoods like Yorkville, and he even joined a pick-up basketball game at Ramsden Park and made an appearance at a Canada Day festival in Port Credit, Mississauga.

We never know what to expect from this hilarious star, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome him back to our side of the border!
