Hello Vancouver! There’s a new spot we’d like to introduce you to, and it’s called Hello Nori. Now that introductions are out of the way, let’s learn a little more about this eatery coming to Robson Street in February.
Rather than go with the traditional, widespread menu, Hello Nori has picked a niche to fill. In this case, they’ve decided that they are going to have to best hand rolls in the city. Based on the photos, we have a hard time disagreeing.

Plus, there’s a wide range of stuffings to choose from. Keep it as simple as cucumber or avocado. Or, go all out with options like truffle lobster and yellow tail tuna. Priced between $3 and $8, these are going to be a perfect on-the-go snack.
This new sushi spot is slated to open on February 8th, and will have dine-in and takeout available. So, mark your calendars for some delicious sushi, folks!
