A new spot dishing up wild vegan sausages is now in Vancouver!

Heads up sausage lovers, because a new name has arrived in Vancouver. And while the name Wurst of Us might be a little confusing, we know we’re going to find some of the best options in the city here. Let’s see what they’re up to!

Wurst of Us is actually the new sister restaurant from the beloved Aleph Restaurant and Eatery. For the time being, this spot will only be available for takeout and delivery. Which is fine with us- we’re feeling lazy this week.

And, the entirely plant-based menu has something for everyone. Keep things classic with some ketchup, mustard and sauerkraut. Or, try one of their signature creations. Personally, we’re interested in the K9 hot dog, which has a whole bunch of pickled stuff on it as well as tahini, mint and cilantro. Basically, it’s a Lebanese take on a hot dog.

But, we have a feeling that before long we’ll have tried all their creations. After all, this is probably the easiest way to support local businesses. Eating delicious food, that is.

When: Now open daily!
