Oh boy, we’re not sure if we’re excited or anxious after seeing the trailer for the latest Harry & Meghan movie to come out. Now the third Lifetime movie about the couple over the past few years, this one features a variety of Vancouver filming locations.

The movie is called Harry & Meghan: Escaping the Palace, and it will follow them as they leave Britain and head over to North America. And yes, before you ask, the movie will feature a dramatization of the bombshell Oprah interview from this spring. It’s probably gonna be a trainwreck, and we might not be able to look away.

Especially because the movie was shot in and around Vancouver this summer. While the trailer itself features a shot of a West Vancouver shoreline, CTV News has confirmed even more locations will be in the movie. That list includes spots like Hycroft Manor, Hotel Vancouver and the Vancouver Club. You know- classy, regal buildings that are fitting for royal affairs.

The new movie is set to come out on Lifetime this September. Set your calendars if you’re ready to watch maybe not ‘the’, but definitely ‘a’, movie event of the year.
