Hold on to your hats folks, because a new breakfast spot opens this week!! Say hello to Pür & Simple, which has picked Edmonton for its first Alberta location! The beloved franchise restaurant recently let us in on their plans, and we thought we’d share the news with you. Let’s check it out.
Pür & Simple focuses on delicious breakfast, lunch and brunch options. Originally from Quebec, the franchise has been doing some rapid expansion these past few years, opening up in places like Vancouver, Toronto and Kelowna.

As for the menu, expect a wide variety of dishes, with some nods to classic Quebecois fare. So yes, you can get a 5-egg omelette, but we’d definitely recommend an order of crepes or maybe even a breakfast poutine, which is the most aggressive of all brunch options.
