If there’s one thing that Calgarians understand about October – it’s how to have fun! From haunted houses and pumpkin patches, there’s plenty to do this month, but that certainly doesn’t mean we can’t welcome one more… especially when it means that we can relive our golden years. Sure, we’re only 20 something, but we’d be lying if we didn’t say that we often reminisce about going to Lloyd’s on a Saturday night.

This weekend live in the past, but enjoy being in the present at a spooktacular pop-up roller rink in celebration of the whole Halloween season.

With two different skate times, one for family and the other for the “older” crowd, guests can rally their friends, parents, kids, or coworkers, lace up their blades, and enjoy music in every genre until after dark!

Of course, because this is a Halloween Howler, costumes are encouraged and will be judged.

The winner with the best get up with receive a prize and bragging rights for the rest of the night – though they don’t actually say whether you’ll snag a trick or a treat.

Tickets start at $8, COVID restrictions will be in place and skates will be available on-site for those who need them – and thank goodness because it’s been a minute since we’ve owned a pair!

We hope to see you out there, Calgary. Enjoy!
