A brand new restaurant and bar is coming to St. Lawrence Market area

Ready for a new dining option in the city? Well, you’ll be happy to know that a new restaurant is in the works right beside Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market! Say hello to Bar St. Lo, a new concept from the folks behind an already popular local brand. Here’s the scoop!

Bar St. Lo is the newest concept from Collectif Nude. Although they’re mostly a lifestyle and apparel company, they’ve hosted their fair share of food and drink pop-ups over the years. And now, they’re ready to make it a permanent part of the business.

According to a teaser on Instagram, Bar St. Lo will focus on contemporary Canadian cuisine in a share plates format. Meanwhile, they’ll be curating an ‘eclectic’ beer and wine list and creating their own signature cocktails to enjoy. Maybe most impressive though is that the food will use ingredients sourced from the market itself, and it’s encouraged that you try the dishes yourself at home!

To us, this sounds like a great way to start something new while supporting those around you! The concept is set to launch this August, and we’ll keep our eyes open for updates!

Editor’s Note: After publication, we received an update that Bar St. Lo will be moving into the St. Lawrence Market area, and not the market itself. We apologize for the confusion!
