A boozy Mad Hatter’s tea party experience is coming to Toronto this July

Have you ever wanted to fall down the rabbit hole without all the complications that ensue from the Alice in Wonderland multiverse? Well lucky you because a brand new, immersive tea party experience is coming to Yonge St this July. Get ready to eat, drink and play like never before.

The folks behind pop-ups The Wizard’s Den and Beyond Cinema are bringing a magical experience to the city that you won’t want to miss. You’ll be solving riddles and puzzles like Alice herself as you sip on whimsical cocktails in a colourful dreamland.

Plus, it wouldn’t be a Mad Hatter tea party without flamingo croquet and ‘Eat Me’ cookies. It has all the aspects of the classic Brothers Grimm fairytale that will have you wondering if you’ve really travelled through the looking glass into an enchanted fantasy world.

“Solve riddles and challenges just like Alice and unlock all the ingredients to create your own enchanted teapot cocktails,” the description says.

“It’s all fun and games until someone steals the Queen of Hearts tarts!”
