This bar and lounge in Mississauga serves up thoughtfully curated menus based on the four elements of the Zodiac — Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The flavours and atmosphere are all designed to stimulate your senses in unique ways.

“Fume lounge embodies the mystique and grandeur of the other world’,” the description says. “The fusion of our world with the supernatural is set to elevate the senses, an experience which isn’t for the ordinary.”

The Water menu has dishes like charred watermelon with pork belly and seafood parcels. On the Fire menu, you’ll find spicy dishes like “match sticks on the rocks” and explosively hot wings.

The plant-based dishes on the Earth menu include green Earth crostini and grilled cauliflower, and the Air menu takes you on a “sweet and sinful high” with treats like over-the-top shakes, and clouds of softly poached meringue.

The drink menu features a variety of wines, signature cocktails, and spirits. As for the ambience, the space is filled with neon accents with transforming colours and an Instagrammable wall with giant angel wings.

The lounge hosts all kinds of weekly events too with live DJs spinning different genres depending on the night.

Immersive dining seems to be the hot new thing in restaurant culture these days. Toronto’s very first multi-sensory resto-bar opens its doors this month with glowing artwork that transports you to an urban jungle.
