A new festival called Light Up Chinatown is coming to Vancouver next weekend, and oh boy, are there some incredible treats to look forward to. In addition to classic festival touches, some of the best names in the area are working together to create delicious dining options.

Sadly, the two ticketed events have already sold out, but we’re hoping that with a little extra push they might add some extra times. First up was a multi-course Canton dinner from Jade Dynasty featuring wines provided by Juice Bar. Also, Bao Bei and Kissa Tanto teamed up to create a dim sum brunch.

But, even with these off the table, for now, there’s still a lot to look forward to. The Keefer Yard is going to be hosting Kam Wai Dim Sum for late-night dim sum and cocktails throughout the weekend, while DD Mau is putting on a Sunday pop-up brunch that is sure to be delicious.

We’ve saved the best for last, though. That’s because next weekend, Chinatown BBQ and Beaucoup Bakery are once again joining forces to create the cult-favourite Peking Duk Croissants, with a couple of ‘new surprises’ in-store as well. Seriously, this is a match made in heaven.
