This Polar Express Train Ride in Washington is hiring for its immersive experience

A magical holiday experience is hiring in Washington. If you’ve ever been in the Polar Express Train Ride, and wanted to be a part of it, this is your chance.
Mt. Rainier Railroad shared that it is looking for “talented actors of all ages for The Polar Express Train Ride, this November and December.”
“Step aboard the magic of The Polar Express and help bring the beloved story to life,” they state.
“Mt. Rainier Railroad is casting for our annual Polar Express Train Ride, an immersive experience that captures the wonder of the classic holiday movie.”

They are looking for engaging performers for several roles including:
- Stewards/Chefs: who will interact with guests and welcome them aboard
- Hero Boy, Hero Girl, Know-It-All Kid, Hobo, and Conductor: who are described as key characters, and will also interact with guests while guiding them through the story.
- Santa Claus: They’re looking for Santa himself!
For these roles, Mt. Rainier Railroad says that actors must be comfortable working in an immersive and interactive environment, and “strong improvisational skills are beneficial, but not required.”
Ready to audition? They will be held on Friday, September 13th and Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at the Eatonville Community Center.
