There’s nothing sweeter than an Alberta U-Pick field in the summertime!

This season, crank your road trip playlist, head to one of the many fun farms in and around the province, and grab a bucket.

You’ve got strawberries, raspberries, Saskatoon berries and haskaps to eat!

Prairie Berry

Family fun and fresh Saskatoon berries! Prairie Berry has been a farm and U-pick since 2004. With 3 different varieties and a promise that their fruit is “natural as can be,” you’re in for a wonderfully delicious visit. Check it out!

The Saskatoon Farm 

A go-to for weddings, markets and Saskatoon berries! This adorable farm has shops, restaurants, bakeries, flowers and of course a field where you can pick your own fruit. Enjoy!

The Jungle Farm 

Best known for its sweeter berries, the Jungle Farm is an Alberta favourite. This summer, head to Red Deer and spend an incredible day in the sun then go home and stuff your face!

Red Lodge 

Red Lodge is a family-run farm nestled along the Little Red Deer River west of Bowden. Here, you can pick raspberries, cherries, haskaps – though we’d recommend checking in with them to see what they’ve got on the vine!

Eagle Creek Farms

Flowers, potatoes, peas and zucchini. If fresh vegetables and bright blossoms are what you’re after, Eagle Creek is the place. What’s more, guests of the farm can get lost in their sunflower maze – one of the few in Canada!

Saskaberry Ranch

Fresh fruit, veggies, sun and fun. At Saskaberry Ranch you can leave with a basket of delicious goodies, just make sure you check their website before heading out – they’re constantly updating things!
