The Seattle food news is getting better and better by the day. This week, we learned about Layer’s opening their first permanent location and now Trey Lamont’s Jerk Shack has expanded. Here’s where to find the new spot and what we know about it so far.

If you’re unfamiliar, Jerk Shack “pays tribute to classic Caribbean food thoughtfully cooked with care and modern technique.”

The new location is in the Central District at Midtown Square. It features all of your favorite menu items from the Belltown location like chicken jerk, pork belly plate, Cuban spiced PNW salmon, and much more. There are also sides like ginger yams, tostones, and sweet plantains.

What’s more, there’s a drink menu with inventive cocktails like the Jamaican Hibiscus Ginger Punch, Lychee Lemon Drop, and more.

Best of all, the new location is open now!
