What makes things even better is that Sammich is semi-local, first opening in Ashland in 2013.

These days, there are locations in Ashland, Portland, and Lebanon. And if the name sounds familiar to you it’s probably because the chain has been featured on Chopped, Guy’s Grocery Games, and Diner’s, Drive In’s, and Dives.

What sets Sammich Restaurants apart is their commitment to using only the best ingredients. They make and brine all of their pastrami in-house, use regional produce when available and local bakeries for all of their bread.

The Seattle menu is small but flavor-packed, there are eight hot and two cold sandwiches to choose from. You also have the option of getting sides like slaw, fries, chips, and more.

Tasty right? If you’re ready to try now, you’ll have to wait just a bit. Sammich will be available at Project 9 Brewing Company and according to an Instagram post from the restaurant, they are still figuring out a grand opening and final hours.
