From pea soups, bread, beans and sausages these guys make food for those gloomy days when it’s too dangerous to drive through the sleet, snow and rain.
The star of the menu though has GOT to be their tourtière or meat pies. Featuring pork belly, and roast pork shoulder, with veal, beef, and wild boar – these bad boys are certainly not for the faint of stomach. Good luck with this one, friends!
Now, despite what you decide to stock your fridge with we do recommend saving a little room for a post-meal snack because they also have maple taffy, which is a Canadian must-have. Name another place that delivers stick-covered syrup?!
