From gluten-free to vegan to those bacon-stuffed ones, we are literally spoilt for choice. As it happens, it’s not just in grandeur but also in number making it impossible to navigate all the amazing free breakfasts happening around town.

This is where our 2023 Calgary Stampede Breakfast Map, created in partnership with Calgary Stampede, comes into the picture. The map marks all the spots offering free flapjacks this Stampede season.

There are so many tasty breakfasts happening, it’s hard to know which one (or 10!) to choose, but here are a few we’ll be hitting:

CF Chinook Centre is hosting its annual complimentary Stampede Breakfast on Saturday, July 8th. You can enjoy pancakes, sausages, and fresh Tim Hortons brewed coffee while taking in live entertainment, and more!
Power Properties invites you to their Annual Calgary Stampede Breakfast on Thursday, July 13th in the SW community of Richmond. Dig into a delish spread of pancakes, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food donation to support the Calgary Food Bank.
Head to Contemporary Calgary on July 14th from 10 AM to 12 PM for their First Flip Stampede Breakfast. Saddle up and enjoy free traditional pancakes and sausage while exploring their exhibitions. They even have a special collection of saddles from the Calgary Stampede Archives.
The Parkdale Stampede Breakfast takes place on Saturday, July 15th. And you can celebrate Stampede culture with free pancakes, music, and community spirit at the PCA Rink & Hub.
