10 socially-distant things to do in Toronto this weekend (March 19-21)

With the first day of spring on our doorstep, we’re looking forward to a weekend of fun. These next few days are jam-packed with socially distant activities and events. From celebrations of the season to online art shows to a drive-thru event or two, there’s no end to the good times.

Here are 10 of the best things to do at home and around Toronto this weekend.

LIGHT UP LANTERN CELEBRATION

This East Toronto event is all about the Spring Equinox. From the comfort and safety of your own home, you can make a lantern to mark the equinox of light and dark. Right at 7:30 PM, folks in the neighbourhood will be heading to their porches, balconies, yards, and windows to connect from a distance over the occasion.
