From vintage classics to new school cool, Motor Nights: A Series of Drive-In Events will be bringing you everything you want in a night at the movies- nostalgia, excitement, and a sense of community in a year when we could all use it the most. The entire thing kicks off this Thursday with a double feature 4 nights in a row. Roll up at 6:00 for a family-friendly flick or at 9:30 for a more ‘adult’ film.

Miss live music? So do we! That’s why this week you need to check out the 2021 TD Jazz YYC Festival. Much like last year, this time around the organization is going digital, featuring Q and A’s and performances online until May 27th. You won’t want to miss this, friends!

It’s all about perspective! This week, check out one or all 40 of the incredible movies featured in the 23 annual FairyTales Queer Film Festival. It’s time, Calgary! With a focus on health and attentiveness, Heritage Park is finally open for the season. This summer all 127 acres of the park will be accessible, including its brand new Prospect Ridge area which features old-timey staples like a giant working water wheel and a replica of Turner Valley’s Dingman Number 1 Discovery Well.
