Well Vancouver, this was the craziest week we’ve seen in a long, long time. This local food festival has returned for another instalment! Not only is this is a great way to enjoy some of the best spots in the city, but $5 from each specialty meal/offering will go towards the HAVE Culinary Training Society, which helps disadvantaged members of the community learn about, and find a job in, the tourism and hospitality industry.

The Rio Theatre is hosting a showing of not one, but four climbing films as part of the ongoing Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival. What’s more, the event will feature a presentation from Alannah Yip, who competed in climbing events at the Tokyo Olympics earlier this summer.
