Welcome to the end of the weekend, Calgary! We’ve got a mostly sunny week ahead, with maybe a chilly day here or there just to remind us that spring can be a cruel time. No matter, especially thanks to a ton of great activities and other options around the city.

The Battle of Alberta might have gone down this weekend, but the Flames have some seriously big games this week as well. They face off against the Avalanche on Tuesday, before a match against the Kings Thursday. Either way, you’re in for a seriously good time.

Speaking of a great night out, you might want to check out this unique activity at Heritage Park. Serving a themed meal to go with the movie (this week it’s Slumdog Millionaire), you’ll be wondering whether binge-watching Netflix is truly the best way to spend a night.

One thing’s for sure- the season is coming to a close. If you can’t make it to the Rockies mid-week (fair), then know that WinSport has still got most of its runs open, and you can cruise a few groomers after work one day this week.

Back and bigger than ever, Calgary’s Big Winter Classic has returned for 2022. Check out bands, drink local beer, and support local artists at various venues throughout the city!

The first of its kind in Canada, Spark’s permanent digital art gallery has opened a brand new exhibit that will take you to a whole new dimension. Check it out and say bon voyage to reality – but beware, you might not want to come back!
