With an existing (and forever popular) location on Queen West, this highly anticipated opening is sure to bring a crowd this fall.

Avant by Altea Active

Something new and “ultra-luxurious” is coming to Toronto.

The Liberty Village-based social wellness club Altea Active is bringing its latest concept, Avant, to Yonge and Bloor.

Described as a “unique high-design luxury wellness destination,” Avant will offer 31,000 square feet of wellness and lifestyle amenities.

That includes “industry-leading studio fitness offerings, state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment, private and small-group training options, as well as an array of ultra-luxurious amenities,” says a press release from Altea Active.

When: Opening in early 2025

Earls Kitchen + Bar

Canadian premium casual dining chain Earls will open its latest hot spot at Manulife Centre this November.

Featuring “lush greenery, opulent textured fabrics, and a collection of art by local artists,” the new restaurant will “evoke the vibrance and energy of city life, creating an ambiance that is uniquely Yorkville,” said the company in a press release.

With delicious dishes like chilled sustainable sturgeon caviar and Truffle Parmesan Chicken, and drinks like the Grape Crush Vodka Soda and Strawberry Smokeshow Margarita, this mouthwatering spot is bound to be a hit.

Wellness enthusiasts, you’re in for a treat. Othership, the transformative hot and cold concept that brings people together over sauna and ice baths, is opening a new location in Yorkville.

If you can’t get enough of their Adelaide location, you’ll soon have a second space to participate in their invigorating classes, enjoy the amenities, and connect with like-minded individuals who love wellness as much as you do.

Enjoy the taste of Greece at Paros, Yorkville’s buzzworthy new restaurant.

Kith and Sadelle’s

Famous NYC-based lifestyle and streetwear brand Kith has opened its first Canadian storefront and Treats cafe.

The new flagship is fully equipped with Kith’s in-house and multi-brand ready-to-wear apparel, accessories, and footwear for men, women, and kids.

Kith’s iconic food concepts — Kith Treats and Sadelle’s — are also now open at the store.

Sadelle’s is an all-day eatery that serves classics like bagels, sliced-to-order salmon, sandwiches, chopped salads, and other signature dishes, in an upscale and sleek setting.

Kith Treats is a dessert spot known for its soft-serve cereal bar and specially curated sweets.
