It’s that time of year! maple syrup season, of course.

In Ontario, maple syrup season usually begins in March and goes until mid-April, the perfect time to tap for the syrup. The Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre, known for its floating boardwalks through the marsh, is getting in on the fun by holding a maple syrup experience this spring – and we have the details.
