Don’t be alarmed! This Saturday, the Edmonton World Naked Bike Ride is set to take the streets in hopes of bringing awareness to safe, sustainable transportation.

Held annually in cities across the globe, this breezy event is meant to turn heads, create positive change and encourages people to participate as bare as they dare – or completely clothed.

In costumes, or lack thereof and on e-scooters, those interested in joining the convoy are to meet in Light Horse Park, at 12 pm for a meet and greet, where body paint will be available to those who wish to use it.

The ride (which begins at 2 pm) will be approximately 17 km at a ‘leisurely pace,’ and will wrap up with drinks on Whyte Ave.
