Ready to explore an immersive winter landscape and world of ice? Seattle’s WNDR Museum is transforming into Winter WNDRland: Iced In, a completely new and immersive world just in time for the holiday season.

The new exhibition debuts on Friday, November 24th, and runs through Monday, January 15th.

If you’re unfamiliar with the WNDR Museum, it’s an “interactive art and technology museum” that is designed to “challenge perceptions and push boundaries” with interactive artworks by “cutting-edge artists, collectives, technologists, designers, and makers.”

Winter WNDRland celebrates the “expansive chill” of the season, transforming some of the museum’s fan-favorite exhibits with a “shimmering” blanket of snow and ice. Some of these exhibits include the Light Floor and the Immersive Theater.

It’s all about experiencing the “enchanting embrace of the cold.” A deviation from the warmth and coziness often associated with the holiday season.  Winter WNDRland: Iced In invites visitors to explore the untouched beauty of the frozen landscape and see the world through a different lens.

The museum will also have a Black Friday sale when the exhibit opens. From Friday, November 24th until Sunday, November 26th guests can purchase a $20 zippered tote bag to receive 25% off everything that can fit in the tote.

Tickets are on sale now.
