And when it comes to the latter, there is no shortage of sports bars and pubs in Vancouver prepared to stream the big game. We’re starting off with one of the biggest Super Bowl parties in the city. For $16.78 per person, watchers can head to Blarney Stone in Gastown for a full day of big-screen action (on a 240″ screen…), delicious food, and great company. Doors open at 11 am on Sunday, February 11th and the party goes on until 2 am on the next day. So consider your watch party plans made!

Bells & Whistles

At both their Fraser and Dunbar locations, Bells & Whistles is transforming into the ultimate Super Bowl watch party – minus the ticketed entry. With cocktail slushies, happy hour wine, and a wide variety of food and drink specials (starting at 10 am every Sunday this season) there’s certainly plenty to enjoy at either location.

Brass Fish Tavern

As with all six Freehouse Collective spots, Brass Fish Tavern will have its own Super Bowl host to keep things extra interesting and present, as well as draws for jerseys, swag, and more. On the menu? Creative seafood dishes, specialty cocktails, and plenty of flowing beer. VIP tables for viewing can be purchased at any of Vancouver’s Freehouse Collective bars and pubs.

Where: 385 Burrard Street

Lamplighter

You might think of Lamplighter as a solid spot in Gastown to head to for a night of dancing and pub trivia – and it is – but it’s also going to transform into a great spot to catch the big game. So settle in for some brews with friends old and new.

Where: 92 Water Street

Cinema Public House

Located in the middle of Vancouver’s historic Theatre Row, Cinema Public House offers classic pub fare in a chic, modern space. Plus, there’s a jukebox and a slew of arcade games if you want to make a night of it – Sunday or not!

Three Brits Public House

Known for its stunning beach views and upscale vibes, Three Brits is a go-to spot for happy hour drinks and eats in the summertime. And Super Bowl Sunday is no exception – though you might want to layer up if you’re planning on hanging out on the patio.

Where: 1780 Davie Street

Ballyhoo

This Manhattan meets Dublin spot is the perfect place to catch the game if ambience matters to you as much as what’s on the screen. With vintage decor and a variety of craft beer pouring, elevated comfort is definitely a given here.
