Looking for ways to cool down this summer? Public pools are officially opening in just over a week and while there are plenty of beaches, you might want something a little more fun. You’re in luck because Washington has several great places to slide, float, and more. Here are 5 of the best waterparks you can visit in Washington this summer!

Wild Waves is perhaps Washington’s most well-known waterpark. It’s a great place to visit because it not only has a waterpark but also an amusement park. If you’re looking to do more than just cool down, Wild Waves is the spot for you.

Slidewaters

If you’re planning a trip to Lake Chelan then you don’t want to miss out on Slidewaters. The park is located alongside the lake and you’ll find a lazy river, a selection of slides, and even a few competitive sliding options. Oh, and you can also surf the world’s largest stationary wave.

Where: 102 Waterslide Dr, Chelan, WA
Hours: Daily 10 AM-7 pm until September 5th
Cost: $33.95+

Henry Moses Aquatic Center

While not exactly a waterpark in comparison to other spots on the list, Henry Moses is still a great option. The most notable attraction here is the waterslide. If you live in Renton and want to have a pool day that’s more than just laps and laying in the sun, this might just be for you.

Where: 1719 SE Maple Valley Hwy, Renton, WA
Hours: Open daily beginning June 24th

Surf n’ Slide Water Park

As the name suggests, this is a great place to surf and slide. If you’re heading to Central Washington it’s worth your time to pay this park a visit. Not only is it fun but admission is reasonably priced and it’s family-friendly!

Where: 401 W 4th Ave, Moses Lake, WA
Hours: Daily 11 AM-6:30 PM until August 30th
Cost: $17

Enjoy!
