Mount Pleasant’s newest bar & grill has been in the works for well over a year, and its opening is one of the most highly anticipated of the season (in our humble opinion).

Promising flowing cocktails, retro decor, laid-back vibes, and mouthwatering BBQ grilled on a charcoal grill – Vintage & Provisions does not disappoint. And the local watering hole is now officially open for business!

Although the name speaks for itself, we could talk about the cool decor, sweeping murals, and cozy seating for days. And as for location, Vintage & Provisions is in that sweet spot between Olympic Village’s craft beer scene and Main Street. Definitely a stop you’ll want to add to your bar/patio hop itinerary!

The venue itself is a white character house nestled between corporate offices and industrial buildings – no doubt a hidden gem in the making. To that end – if you’re looking for a fun space to cap off summer with authentic BBQ and drinks in hand, this is it.

“Mount Pleasant is where I wanted to be from the beginning, mostly because of the great zoning and the people in the area. The heritage house in the front is super unique,” says Owner and Operator Cameron Bogue in an Instagram video.

Now, for the final curtain. Vintage & Provisions has not one, but two large patios with tables and seats of all sizes. The front patio is more dining-focused, while the back is presented as more of a hang-out/drinking spot. Guests are encouraged to lounge wherever and however they like, including on top of the long picnic table placed against the mural wall.

Finally, let’s dive into the menu. So far, there are specials every day, ranging from Montego Bay Jerk Chicken (pictured above) on Wednesdays, to Adana Kebabs on Thursdays and Hokkaido Scallops & Nduja (spreadable sausage) on Saturdays. Clearly, the spot has a knack for mixing an array of BBQ eats from around the globe, which gives folks plenty of options when it comes to expanding their palate.

Of course, they also have Southern-inspired comfort food like smoked pulled pork sandwiches, short ribs, and loaded tater tots. And craft beer from names like Brassneck, R&B, and 33 Acres to wash it all down.

So, whether you’re grabbing dinner & drinks on a weeknight, or $1.50 hot dogs during happy hour – Vintage & Provisions has your plans covered. Their website may still be under construction, but they’re starting to share a ton on socials, and their Spotify playlist still goes hard.

And that’s all for now, folks! We hope you’re motivated to keep the summer vibes going just a little bit longer. Vintage & Provisions is now open from 3 pm until midnight from Monday to Friday, and from noon until midnight on weekends.

We’ll see you there!
