Vancouver is getting a holiday night market with over 35 vendors and a ‘Home Alone’ movie marathon

If you’re counting down the days to the holiday season, here’s an exciting night market to add to your calendar. Canada’s leading plant-based market is back in Vancouver for a special holiday edition of its popular 100% vegan night market series. This year, the holiday market will take place at the Jericho Beach Hostel, which means guests have the option of roaming both indoor and outdoor sections of the market.

The festive event will showcase over 35 local vendors and include an array of interactive workshops, live music, and even a holiday movie screening.

Guests can enjoy popcorn while watching the Home Alone series, which will be screening all night long.

Note that children and on-leash dogs are permitted to roam the market.

Admission is by donation (minimum $4), or guests can bring canned goods, clothing, or pet food. So far, the Vegan Night Market has donated over 60,000 to local and international animal non-profit organizations.

So there you have it. Stay tuned for more details on upcoming night markets to come, including the anticipated return of their popular beachside night markets next season.
