Great news, book lovers! We’ve got the perfect event to jumpstart your love of reading this summer. Vancouver Public Library is hosting its first-ever happy hour book swap this month, and it’s going to take place at their rooftop garden. Honestly, we can’t think of a better combo than sunshine, good reads, eats, and BC bubbles!

Attendees can expect some stunning views of downtown from one of the city’s most sought-after rooftops, as well as live music by DJ G-Luve, BC wine and beer, and delicious Syrian eats.

Proceeds from the swap will fund new soundproof work pods at VPL – giving library visitors the chance to meet, connect, and work across all branches.
