Wine lovers, get ready for the ultimate tasting event. In just over a week, the Vancouver International Wine Festival is back for its 45th installment – running for eight days this winter. So grab your sommelier hats and get ready to indulge in new sips at the Best International Wine Festival in North America.

Often attracting tens of thousands of visitors, the fest is easily one of the largest of its kind in Canada. And it’s not without good reason, as it attracts wine producers from all over the world, both big and small.

This year’s festival will focus on winemakers from Italy, with 71 of the 149 participating wineries pouring delicious Italian wines from all over the countryside.

Every year, the festival features around 35 to 40 events, including public tastings, winery dinners, brunches, minglers, seminars, and two Trade Tastings for industry professionals. Overall, the 2024 fest will serve up over 1,100 different wines from 12 different countries across the globe.
