The Vancouver International Jazz Festival is the city’s unofficial summer kickoff, and for good reason. Every year, Coastal Jazz hosts a slew of local and international talent at venues across the city. And this year, Grammy-winning rapper, advocate, and entrepreneur Killer Mike is headlining the festival.

Mike will perform on June 29th at Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and you can snag tickets ($69 to $99 plus fees) to the performance starting at 10 am on Thursday, March, 14th.

“This is a huge show for Coastal Jazz,” say Artistic Programmers Cole Schmidt and Jeremy Page. “Killer Mike is a significant musical voice for these times, and one of the many great artists we’re thrilled to be presenting at our Festival this June.”
