The University of Washington’s offers courses through edX. These courses can be audited for free and some you can pay a small fee to receive a certificate. You can start these at your own pace.

UWashingtonX: Strategic Applications of IT Project & Program Management: In this course, “you will learn project management standards and frameworks that increase efficiency and deliver tangible business benefits.”
UWashingtonX: Internationalization: Creating Digital Content for the World: As per the course description, you can “learn how a digital product becomes world-ready: how does it need to be designed for worldwide release without altering its code for each market? Who needs to be involved in which stages of the process? How do you doassure quality for world-readiness?”
UWashingtonX: Localization: Adapting Digital Content to Local Markets: The description of this course states that you can “learn what it takes to tailor digital products for international markets through localization.
