Subs to Skateboards: These are the weirdest things lost during Uber rides in Canada

Ah yes, losing things in the Uber, a tradition as old as time itself. While most of us check our pockets for phones and wallets after a ride, Uber Canada has rounded up the weirdest things lost. Turns out, people will leave just about anything in an Uber from time to time. And lucky for us, they’ve got the receipts to prove it.

So, from submarine sandwiches to skateboards, here are some of the weirdest things lost in an Uber across Canada.

  • Hockey jersey, Winnipeg
  • Submarine sandwich, Halifax
  • Three packs of dish soap, Kitchener-Waterloo
  • Sample of construction tiles, Montreal
  • Skateboard, Vancouver
  • Gold teeth, grills, Toronto
  • Tiramisu cake, Kingston
  • Scanner, Windsor
  • Birth certificate, Toronto
  • Labradorite crystal, Winnipeg

That’s not all they’ve got the stats for though. If you’re wondering which cities are the most forgetful, they’ve got that covered, too:

  1. Quebec City
  2. Windsor
  3. Niagara Region
  4. Regina
  5. Vancouver
  6. Halifax
  7. Kitchener-Waterloo
  8. Hamilton
  9. Kingston
  10. Saskatoon

And one last fun fact? While we expected almost the exact opposite, Toronto turns out to be the least forgetful city in Canada, even with its size and nightlife scene. Yeah, that’s not something we could have predicted.
