Fans of Twilight know that the popular saga was based in Forks, Washington, but filmed predominantly in Oregon and Metro Vancouver. But what you might not know is that the extravagant Cullen house from New Moon is situated in British Properties in West Vancouver, and it’s currently taking new tenants.

Designed and built by Arthur Erikson, the one-of-a-kind home features signature giant windows, five bedrooms and four bathrooms, exceptional landscaping, and an outdoor pool and spa.

Since being updated by Brian Hemingway in 2001, future residents may recognize prominent interior details and contemporary furniture as seen in the Twilight films, according to Archibald Real Estate Group.

For $20,000 per month, the famous 5,117-square-foot home (118 Stevens Drive, West Vancouver) where Bella’s birthday and the notorious paper cut scene took place could be yours as of January.

As for location, the home is located just steps away from the Capilano Golf and Country Club and Collingwood School, which makes it a great place for young and established families to settle down.

So there you have it, Vancouver! If you’re keen on re-enacting some dramatic scenes from the Twilight saga, this is definitely the place to do it.
