Based on the beloved young adult novel by Ali Novak, My Life With The Walter Boys will follow Jackie Howard (played by Nikki Rodriguez) – a teen who is forced to start over on a Colorado ranch occupied by 12 boys after a terrible accident turns her life upside down.
The show will also star Sarah Rafferty (Suits) and Marc Blucas (Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Swagger), Noah LaLonde (Asbury Park), Ashby Gentry (Are You Afraid of the Dark?), Connor Stanhope (Smallville), Johnny Link (Dear Edward) and Corey Fogelmanis (Ma).

A multi-generational saga about family, Heartland starring Amber Marshall (Resident Evil) and Graham Wardle (Supernatural), is currently filming its 16th season here in Alberta. From High River to the Cowboy Trail, this long-running CBC original has covered a ton of ground in and around the province – although the majority of the show is shot at a Ranch in Millarville about 40 minutes from Calgary.
