If you’ve been wondering when Toronto’s next T&T Supermarket would officially open its doors, you’ve come to the right place. After months of anticipation, we now have a date! The grocer’s Fairview Mall location is gearing up to open later this month and here’s everything you need to know.
The new and massive T&T Supermarket location is located in a newly renovated wing of CF Fairview Mall, spanning 36,000 sq ft. T&T Supermarket recently held a job fair for the new location, looking to fill up part-time and full-time roles.
Though the brand-new location was set to open around the end of 2022, it took them a couple more months in 2023 but now we’re here. They will welcome the public to their grand opening on May 18th, 2023.

According to the grocer, this location will have a Street Food section that will serve popular street eats like Tianjin Crepes, authentic dim sum, and so much more. In addition to that, they will be serving hot breakfast daily, starting Friday, May 19th at 8 AM. This will be the first of its kind for a T&T Supermarket in Canada.
Exciting concepts like this aren’t new to the brand. Their recently opened Calgary location actually features a dessert bar.
Though we’re super excited for the new opening, we can’t help but wonder what is next for the grocer. According to their latest announcements, they’ll be opening a new location in Metro Vancouver next month and another in London, Ontario in 2024.
For now we’ll just enjoy what we have and explore the new location with all it has to offer.
