A brand-new arts festival is coming to North Vancouver this June that local history lovers won’t want to miss. Trolley Days: Heritage in Motion is an outdoor performance festival hosted by North Van Arts, but as its name implies, there’s a twist: festival-goers can embark on guided tours of the North Shore aboard a heritage-style trolley during the festivities!
According to organizers, the new festival celebrates the layered and diverse history of the North Shore through a variety of performances that explore the community’s stories, cultures, and creativity.
Visitors can look forward to a theatrical performance, a music and dance showcase representing multiple cultural traditions, an Indigenous showcase, and family-friendly crafts.
