It looks like Toronto restaurants are about to be judged on more than just their menu. A new ranking has named three Toronto restaurants for having the best bathrooms in the city.

The Cashmere UltraLuxe Bathroom Guide rates “restaurant bathroom excellence” on a number of factors. That includes lighting, amenities, comfort, and more, according to the brand.

There are three “fleurs” to be won. Those that earn a score of 70 to 79 are awarded one fleur, scores between 80 and 89 are awarded two fleurs and scores 90 to 100 are awarded three.

Well, the Toronto restaurants that were named the best and are the first three to be inaugurated are DaNico (3 Fleurs), Piano Piano (2 Fleurs) and And/Ore (2 Fleurs).

“DaNico’s mainfloor washroom has been deemed “outstanding and gasp-worthy” making it the most luxurious. Designed by @nadia_libertygroup we’re proud of the attention to detail we put into every one of the Liberty Group properties,” shared DaNico in an Instagram post.

Though these restaurants are just the first stop on the guide, stay tuned for more top-rated bathrooms to be added in for Toronto later this year. Other cities are to be added in 2025.

Now the next time you enjoy a mouth-watering meal at one of these establishments, do yourself a favour and check out their bathrooms.

You won’t regret it.
