What better gift to give yourself this holiday season than the gift of learning? If you didn’t know, the Toronto Public Library and the University of Toronto both have a lineup of free online courses. Yep, some are instructor-led, while others are self-paced, but either way, you’re learning something new free of cost.
Let’s start with the Toronto Public Library.
In total, there are 69 courses available to sign up for under 12 categories:
In order to sign up, you must have a Toronto library card and create a free Gale Courses account or sign in to an existing ed2go account.
Heading over to U of T, there are 20 University of Toronto online courses you can pick from:
To enroll in any of the courses, you’ll need to create an edX account. From there, select your pick. Easy!
