These 10 Toronto museums are FREE to visit all year round

Good news, history buffs! The City of Toronto has made general admission permanently free at 10 history museums and sites, to ensure that everyone can enjoy and participate in the city’s cultural heritage.

The decision to make Toronto History Museums free to visit was announced over a year ago, to “provide everyone an opportunity to fully participate in cultural heritage and spaces.”

Some of these museums even offer free guided tours. However, the tours and operating hours vary. For winter schedules, you can take a look at each museum’s individual webpage.
