Toronto’s most expensive condo for sale is at the top of Canada’s tallest new tower

Ever wondered what it’s like to be so rich that you can spend over $30 million on a penthouse? Well, here’s a peek into how those folks live. Toronto’s most expensive condo is now for sale and it’s located on top of the tallest residential building in Canada.

The iconic penthouse at One Bloor – 1 Bloor Street E, is now on the market for a whopping $32,000,000, according to the listing by Freddy Mak from Ferrow Real Estate.

This lower-penthouse suite is actually two units combined into one, Strata.ca realtor Clifford Liu told Curiocity back in January. It has over 8,000 sq feet of indoor and outdoor space with 3+1 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

On top of that, it has an exclusively-owned rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, waterfall, hot tub, bar, and entertainment space. Talk about luxury.

It also comes with valet parking for multiple vehicles, steps to the mink mile, and everything Yorkville has to offer.

“This penthouse will certainly put Toronto on the map,” added Liu in January, but “pales in comparison” to the opulent penthouses in cities like Miami, Dubai, Singapore, and Shenzen.

While it may not be the first of its kind on a global scale, the condo’s unique design features are a first for Canada, according to Strata realtor Jenn Costigan.
