What are the Toronto Blue Jays hiring for?

These jobs are aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, starting in February 2025 and running to October 2025.

The positions are part-time contracts for 81 Toronto Blue Jays home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What are the available jobs with the Toronto Blue Jays?

  • Access Support Team: Help fans with accessible needs by delivering wheelchairs or walking escorts, in-game check-ins, and monitoring of accessible areas to avoid congestion.
  • Activation Team Member: Part of the marketing team to help in the set-up, execution and tear-down of all Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre events.
  • Ballpark Experience Team: Focused on the fan experience, either as a Gate Staff or as an Usher.
  • Ballpark Setup Operations Attendant: Setting up furniture, arranging decorations, dismantling equipment and supporting the overall preparation of event spaces.
  • Elevator Operators: Responsible for transporting guests to different levels of the stadium during events.
  • Facility Services Attendants: Cleaning, sanitizing, waste management, and inspections.
  • Fan Services Representatives: Support fans in-person, by phone or by email with Toronto Blue Jays home games and Rogers Centre concerts/events-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Field Operations Attendants: Help with installing and maintaining the field and support with signage, backstop nets, foul poles, maintain stadium seats, and convert field for other events.
  • Group Space Usher: Work with ticketed group spaces around the ballpark.
  • Retail Sales Associates: Work across all retail outlets – the Flagship Jays Shop at Gate 5, Jays Shop at Gate 1, and Concourse Kiosks – for both home Blue Jays games and other events like concerts.
  • Security Guards: Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard License and Smart Serve Certification.
  • 50/50 GameDay Ambassadors: Responsible for representing Jays Care Foundation, and selling 50/50 raffle tickets during Blue Jays home games.
