Given today’s ever-evolving employment landscape, it’s important to find a company that values the work you do and helps you succeed.

LinkedIn’s Top Companies of 2024 list looks at eight pillars that have been shown to lead to career progression: Ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational background, and employee presence in Canada.

Note that the list of 25 best workplaces excludes staffing and recruiting firms, educational institutions, and government agencies.
