The top 100 brunch spots in the U.S this year includes two in Seattle

If you love a good brunch, listen up. Yelp has released its Top 100 Brunch Spots in 2024, and it includes several Washington restaurants, with two in Seattle.

Whether you are an ‘early riser’ brunch person, or someone who enjoys a much later brunch that can almost be dinner, the list includes the best spots to enjoy the meal from coast to coast.

“Brunch is the perfect meal—relaxed, affordable, and almost always a special occasion. It’s a great way to meet friends, go on a day date, or celebrate holidays like Mother’s Day. And this year, Yelpers have found all the best spots to enjoy America’s most popular mealtime,” states Yelp.

“While brunch classics still rule—eggs Benedict, French toast, and mimosas—chefs across the country are adding new, elevated fusion dishes to their menus, taking brunch from ‘already great’ to ‘over-the-top great.'”

Of the top 100 brunch spots, here are the places you can visit in Washington, along with their ranking:

52. Tibbitts @ Fern Hill, Tacoma, Washington
54. Brunch 101 of Hoquiam, Hoquiam, Washington
75. Bistro 76 Cafe & Catering, Edmonds, Washington

And these two spots are among the best in the US, and are in Seattle:
81. Tilikum Place Cafe, Seattle, Washington
84. The Fat Hen, Seattle, Washington

And we’re not surprised!

As for the top places in the country, the number one spot goes to the Toasted Gastrobrunch, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following that in second place is Immigrant Son Caffè, in Ventura, California, and in third is Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club, Chicago, Illinois.

For its methodology, Yelp says that it “identified businesses in the Breakfast & Brunch category with a large concentration of reviews mentioning ‘brunch’ and ‘Mother’s Day,’ then ranked those spots using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning those keywords in the past 3 years.”
