Location near the town of Ganges on Salt Spring Island, SecretCove is a gated retreat just steps away from the ocean. The experience kicks off before you even walk through the door, thanks to a beautiful courtyard and a home garden nearby.
But, we have to admit that things get even better once you’re inside. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom open floorplan features one of the most beautiful interiors we’ve seen on Airbnb, both in BC and Canada in general. Done simply but with an obvious attention to detail, the home features some truly luxurious touches.

The two most notable? The main fireplace and some chairs. Fans of interior design will recognize the iconic Gyrofocus hanging fireplace in the main room, and a pair of Ligne Roset ‘Togo’ sofa chairs chilling in front of the main TV. Seriously, one picture lounging around these things and you’re solidified as an up-and-coming West Van influencer, if you want to be.

Our main takeaway? That’s easy- we’re finding some of those chairs for ourselves, and starting a competing option on the Sunshine Coast.
